Products are made in small batches and availability is limited. Ingredient and allergen information appears on the product label; please read it before consuming.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Shipping options, costs and timing are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

For order issues, damaged products or return questions, contact lol@meme.biz. Because this is a food product, eligibility for returns and refunds may depend on the circumstances. For food-safety reasons, opened products are generally not returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

The MEME name, logo, characters, illustrations, text and site design are owned by MEME and protected by intellectual property laws. You may share and screenshot our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use our marks or artwork for commercial purposes, merchandise, or in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• interfere with the site's operation, including scraping at a disruptive rate;
• misrepresent your identity or submit false order information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
